Returns & Refunds

Damaged Items
Refunds will only be issued if an item arrives damaged. To request a refund for a damaged item, customers must provide clear proof of the damage, such as photographs of the product and packaging. Proof must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and any associated shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Return Process
To begin a return request, please contact us with your order details and proof of damage (if applicable). Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

Refund Processing
After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
